volunteers needed

We are currently drawing up a list of volunteer jobs we need for the day of the run, Sunday 14th September. We will need marshals and many other jobs that you could help us with on the day, for our run in aid of the British Heart Foundation. It would be a way to do your bit, especially as running the 10k distance is not for everyone.
